[Art110] Interview with a classmate (David Rho)

He is a 19 years old, 2nd year pre-film major from Cerritos. He wants to be a film director. His favorite director is David Fincher. He is taking ART110 as part of the requirement. As a hobby, he does this magic trick where he keeps changing a playing card that I’m holding with both hands; it’s quite interesting.

[Art110] Interview with an artist: Mylene Raiche

Mylene Raiche is from Montreal, Canada, and she’s an exchange student. She’s inspired by homesick. She is originally specialized in drawing and painting. Unfortunately, her grandmother passed away when she was here, and she felt she needed to do something: the result is the “hand” work. In the middle of the exhibition, there’s a book with countless parts carefully cut. It took about 40 to 50 hours to finish the particular work.
